| The Graphic Spaces RUSSIA “Children of the World Collection” wood doll series features our original art of both a little boy and girl in their country's native dress. Backs are engraved with our artist logo, country and date. More beautiful children will be added every year to this international series.
Not only do our dolls make an adorable collection of cuteness, they are child-friendly as well. Laser cut from 3/8" maple veneer mdf, each doll is approx. 2" tall, making them the perfect mini size in which little hands can hold and play.
These sweet wee ones come gift packaged in a lovely clear view box. The kids sit neatly inside a specially made acrylic tray for safe keeping and protection as well.
All our wood products go through a multi-step process of sanding and clear coat sealing to achieve the super soft, glass-like silk finish. We use only the greenest formulated, eco-friendly finishing system of products to enhance and protect the natural beauty of the wood. The gorgeous satin clear top coat provides a very durable, hand-rubbed, smooth-to-the-touch finish that protects your piece from moisture and ultraviolet exposure as well. Our products are all designed and handmade by our family and we want your family to consider these as heirloom pieces that can be passed down for many generations.

The reason I designed these dolls first in our series is because our adoption agency (America World Adoption, www.awaa.org) has programs in these 8 international countries. It is because hubby and I are in the process of adopting a baby girl from China that I was inspired to create this series for families everywhere that have been called and have so graciously been given the spirit of adoption. |
