Each product is made to order based on your color choices and personalization. We make every effort to make and ship orders within 3-4 business days. Sometimes we can get orders out sooner, sometimes later... it depends on the number of orders received at that same time and our workload for the day. Please know that we do our very best to get you your products as timely as possible. Thanks so much for understanding!

WOOD DECOR, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, ORNAMENTS

We try to keep an inventory of these products ready to be shipped at anytime. If we are out of stock, that means we have just run out and are in process of making another batch. In this case, please expect approx. 7-10 days before we ship.

TREE SHELVES

Our tree shelves are always made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks before these items can be shipped. We will be in contact with you after your tree shelf purchase is made to make all delivery arrangements.

If there is an unforeseen delay with your order outside of these parameters for whatever reason, we will contact you immediately and let you know when to expect delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

WALL DECALS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, ORNAMENTS

These items all ship from our art studio in Huntersville, North Carolina. They will ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (1-3 days delivery depending on location). We ship through PayPal and you will receive an email with your tracking number after your item is shipped. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will upgrade the shipping for an additional cost.

WOOD HOME DECOR

These products ship from our wood shop in Sanford, Florida. Most of these items will also ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (1-3 days delivery depending on location). We ship through PayPal and you will receive an email with your tracking number after your item is shipped. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will upgrade the shipping for an additional cost.

TREE SHELVES
All tree shelves are fully assembled and ship from our wood shop in Sanford, FL carefully packed in specially built crates for safe ground freight delivery. We will be in contact with you after your purchase to make the necessary delivery arrangements. However, our furniture can only be delivered within the continental United States at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We know our adorable products want to live on every continent on this awesome planet we all share! We will ship your order either First Class International or Priority Mail International through USPS (United States Post Office) to your country. Product dimensions and package size will determine which postal service and cost we use (larger packages must go Priority Mail due to size regulations). We do our very best to get your order shipped within 3-4 days of receipt. Please understand that once we ship your order, the time it takes to be delivered to you is completely out of our control. Your order will typically arrive in the 2-3 week timeframe, but could take longer (4-6 weeks) depending on customs and certain times of the year. Please be patient. We ship international packages every single day... We value our international friends and deeply appreciate your business from all around the globe!

If you are unsure if you'll be charged a tax upon delivery of your item, please check with your local post office in advance as to your country’s import laws.
