PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
All wall decals are custom made-to-order and we can generally process orders within 7 business days depending on our workload for the week. Because of the volume of orders we receive, we do process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. If there is ever an unforeseen delay or problem, we will always contact you to give you an estimated shipping date beyond what was originally scheduled. All orders are made in the order they are received.
We keep an inventory of wood products and therefore they are available to ship within 1-3 days of your order. Wood products will also ship separately from any wall decals as well due to differences in packaging as well. Look for 2 separate shipments a few days apart when you order decals and a wood product.
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation from our shop in SANFORD, FLORIDA. Delivery times will vary depending on your location but generally your order will arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please plan ahead.
The vast majority of our products ship via USPS First Class International. Packages are limited in size and weight (maximum 4 lbs.) First Class International packages can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on your country’s custom border agency to give clearance. Delays are common, however, most customers receive their package within 4 weeks. There is a Customs Declaration Number associated with each package, however, the label is only scanned and tracked within the USA, therefore there is no way to track the package once it leaves the US border. Because of our geographic location, most packages will export through customs in Miami, Florida. Because it is normal for international deliveries to take weeks, please allow up to 8 weeks for your package to arrive. If you still do not have it within that timeframe, please contact us.
CUSTOMS, VAT TAX, DUTY, IMPORT TAX
If you’re shipping to a country outside the USA, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country’s local customs agency or post office to see if you will be required to pay a tax upon delivery. This is the buyer’s responsibility and we are not to be held responsible for your country’s taxes on merchandise you purchased. We charge a shipping cost with each product. Please note that this is ONLY the cost of packaging & shipping and nothing else. It does not include taxes to your country. We fill out a Custom Declaration legal document and will record the amount of your merchandise purchase. Please do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift" because it is illegal to do so and we will not comply with any unlawful request.
