How do I apply the decals and is it easy?
It's easy! Every decal purchase comes with a complete kit. We supply detailed illustrated instructions along with a free squeegee application tool. Larger designs will need a friend to help, but generally, one person can do it by themselves. No experience necessary. I have applied my design to my wall and areas keep coming up from wall. What can I do?
When applying your design, it is important after you release the application tape to use your fingertips to go back over the decal and really press it into the wall texture. Sometimes this can take several times to make sure it adheres to the surface completely. It is also important to make sure the surface was clean and dry prior to application.
My decal has been up for awhile and appears dirty. Can I clean it?
Yes. Vinyl is waterproof and can be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with water.
Can I receive a sample of the vinyl to test on my walls?
Yes. We offer a free sample test kit with complete instructions on applying your design. We also offer color swatches so color can be viewed on your actual wall color in your lighting.
Can I see a mockup of my design and the colors I'm thinking of ordering prior to purchase?
Sorry, but we cannot offer digital mockups of our designs prior to purchase. This is one of our most common questions and if we could simply accommodate everyone who asks, we would. However, we do such a volume of business, that it just is not physically possible for us to handle and still process and ship orders in a timely manner. To solve the color questions, what we have found to be the best solution for everybody is to send you any color swatches you are considering for the design. We offer this service for free and find it is best for you to see the actual color in real life in your room. Simply order your swatches here along with our free test sample pack.
Can I change the designs within your shop. For example, quantity included or make size adjustments?
No. All our products are sold as packaged, sized, designed and in the quantities noted in the product. We are unable to break apart packs and customize due to the volume of sales we do.
Can I order a custom made design, or make changes to existing designs?
We do not make any changes to our existing artwork. We also do not take orders for custom designs at this time.
I'm ordering more than one item or am a repeat customer. Can I receive a discount?
We greatly value our customers and know when decorating it can take several orders. However, all of our designs are original, each order is handmade and our products are competitively priced so we do not offer multiple order discounts. Thank you for understanding.
Does your color FLAME glow in the dark? What does “fluorescent” mean?
No. Our color FLAME is a fluorescent orange which means it is just a really bright orange, similar to "safety" or "construction" orange. It does not glow in the dark, nor does it have any reflective qualities. It has a matte finish. We use it on all our rocket "fire" and monster truck "flames" because it is the perfect color for fire. This color also looks really great as Sea Coral in an ocean scene.
I made a mistake that was my fault and I ordered the wrong color. Can I change my order after it is placed?
If we have not begun processing your order we can make changes to the colors. If we have already processed your order it is unchangeable. We process orders as quickly as possible upon receipt. Please proof your order before submitting it to review items chosen, quantities and color selections. It is the customer's responsibility to make note of changes made after an order is received by our shop.
I received my order and there was a mistake that was not my fault. How can I get this fixed?
We double check all orders prior to shipping. However, sometimes there is an error made on our behalf. If you receive an order that is incorrect or has missing items, please email us and we will make every effort to correct our mistake in a timely fashion.
I placed my order but then changed my mind about the color after receiving it. Can I exchange the product for a different color?
Please note all items ordered are customized to your color specifications. Therefore, we are unable to exchange or refund an item that you would like a color replacement for. We offer a free trial kit along with color swatch samples. If you are unsure of a color, please request free color swatches so you can view them in your home prior to making your purchase.
How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible upon receipt. We offer a 5 to 7 business day turn around depending on our work load. During the holiday season our orders increase and turnaround time could possibly be longer. Please note we do not process any orders over the weekend or holidays.
My order arrived damaged, how can I get a replacement?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get your order corrected immediately. Please refer to our Refund Policy below for complete details.
Do you accept returns on any wall decals?
We do not accept returns on any wall decals because every product is custom made-to-order. We offer free test sample pack and free color swatches prior to purchase for exact color matching and surface testing for this reason.
Do you accept returns on any wood products?
We are happy to accept returns on any wood product that has not been personalized if you are not completely 100% satisfied. Returns must be made within 10 days of original receipt and must be returned in the original packaging in perfect, unused condition. Please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements for the return. Please note all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibly. Once we receive the product back, we will refund your purchase, minus original shipping. Please refer to our Refund Policy below for complete details.

We are happy to offer exchanges on any wood product that has not been personalized if you are not completely 100% satisfied. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship internationally every day. Currently, every product we make is available for international delivery except our Happy Tree Bookshelf.
I live outside the USA, where can I buy your products in my country?
Our products are available online through our retail shop here on our main company website and in our two Etsy shops. We ship internationally to anywhere in the world. We currently do not have a distribution program open for your local area. All Graphic Spaces products are sold only through our company's three websites at this time.
I live outside the USA, can you mark my package as a "gift" on the international customs document?
No. This is the buyer’s responsibility and we are not to be held responsible for your country’s taxes on merchandise you purchased. We fill out a Custom Declaration legal document and will record the amount of your merchandise purchase. Please do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift" because it is illegal to do so and we will not comply with any unlawful request.
I live outside the USA, I already paid shipping on my order, so why was I charged more money to pickup my package in my country?
If you’re shipping to a country outside the USA, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (i.e. European Union), which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country’s local customs agency or post office to see if you will be required to pay a tax upon delivery. This is the buyer’s responsibility and we are not to be held responsible for your country’s taxes on merchandise you purchased. We charge a shipping cost with each product. Please note that this is ONLY the cost of packaging & shipping and nothing else. It does not include taxes to your country.
I own a boutique and would love to carry your products, do you offer wholesale?
No. We do not have a wholesale or distribution program open at this time.
Would you be willing to offer your products on consignment?
No. We do not work on a consignment basis with our products.
Would you be willing to donate a product for our fundraising event?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor requests for product donations at this time.
I would love to use your artwork on my son’s birthday party invitation. Do you allow people to use your artwork even if it is for personal use?
No. We do not grant any permission via a licensing agreement nor do we sell our artwork for commercial use. All our content (including but not limited to images and products) is copyright protected under US and international law. It is illegal to use our work in any form even for a personal project.
