Refund Policy
CUSTOM PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All custom, personalized products and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our wrapping paper, wall coverings (decals, murals, wallpaper) and any engraved name on wood product because they are custom made-to-order and considered a personalized product.
RETURNS
Any returnable product will not be accepted after 10 days from delivery date. Please inspect your product upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A return label will be supplied and deducted from any refund.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We only replace damaged or defective items. Please contact us with photos of the damaged product and shipping box to make arrangements for a replacement.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales are final.
